Arroz con Piña Drink

-Great way to use all your pineapple, in this case the peel.

-A refreshing drink for the hot summer months!

-Make them in popsicle molds for a delicious treat.

Ingredients

Add pineapple peel, rice, and cinnamon stick into a large pot.

Fill the pot with water, and let it simmer until the rice is done.

Turn off the heat and remove the peel, and cinnamon stick.

Transfer the cooked rice, the liquid to a blender.

Add evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and water.

Blend the mixture, be careful since it's hot.
