Prepare your veggies.Chop the onion, garlic cloves, sweet peppers and parsley.
In a skillet sauté onion, sweet peppers, and garlic for a few minutes.

Add the parsley and sauté for a few more minutes.

Add the cans of squid and the ink. Mix mix and let it simmer for 3 mins.

Add the cooked rice and mix together.

💡Tip
If your rice is somewhat dry, add a splash of water to soften it a bit and absorb the squid sauce. You can even add a splash of white wine or any stock. These last give it more flavor.
Once the sauce coats all the ingredients turn off the heat.
