Easy Chorizo Fried Rice Recipe

cooked rice frozen mixed vegetables yellow onion pork chorizos chopped garlic avocado oil soy sauce oyster sauce sesame oil
Chop the onion.
Remove the chorizo from its casing and chop.
Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce.
In a wok, cook the chorizo for 5-8 minutes, set aside.
In a wok, sauté the onions and garlic until they change color.
Add the frozen veggies and cook until tender.
Mix in the chorizo back.
Add in the white rice and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
