What you'll need

– 4 ounce bittersweet chocolate – 2 ounce milk chocolate – ½ cup pitted dates – ½ cup melted coconut oil – 2 eggs – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ¼ teaspoon salt – ⅓ cup brown sugar – ⅓ cup cocoa powder – ⅓ cup oat flour – ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave. Reduce the power to 50% and heat in 30-seconds intervals.

Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes, then blend with a little of the water until smooth paste consistency.

In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, oat flour, salt and sugar.

In another bowl, mix coconut oil, melted chocolate, eggs, date paste, and vanilla extract.

Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Add walnuts.

Transfer to the lined baking pan and bake @ 350º F for 35.
