Salted Cod  Stew

What you'll need

garlic cloves onion sweet peppers culantro leaves potato salt & pepper olive oil curry powder tomato puree desalted and shredded cod

Finely chop the garlic, onion, culantro, sweet peppers and dice the potato.

Cook the potatoes in a small pot until tender.

Saute the chopped veggies over medium heat in a large skillet and add the curry powder.

Add the tomato sauce and mix everything.

Add the salted cod, potato and a splash of water.

Cook for 5-10 minutes until it look like the image below.
