Pork Chops in Blue Cheese Sauce

01 Season chops with salt, pepper, garlic and thyme and set aside.

02 Peel and dice apples intro cubes and julienne the onion.


In a frying pan at medium heat, add the oil and the onions and sauté until brown. Remove and set aside.


Add some oil and brown the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side and set aside.


Add some oil and cook the apples then add the chicken stock and the blue cheese and stir and cook for 2 minutes.


Add back the pork chops and the onion and let them simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes.
