Mix together all meatballs ingredients, until just combined.

Form meatballs with your hands and placed on a lined parchment paper sheet.

Brown the meatballs in your Dutch oven with some oil.

In the same Dutch oven, sautee onion, garlic, culantro and red bell pepper until tender.

Add tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken broth, then add the browned meatballs.

Let them simmer for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
