Maple Dijon  Pork Chops Recipe

bone-in pork chops salt black pepper yellow onion olive oil white wine vinegar minced garlic chicken stock dijon mustard maple syrup



Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper. 


Mix the maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic, and white wine vinegar, and set aside


Sauté function, brown the pork chops on each side and set aside.


Sauté the onion for a couple of minutes. Cancel the Sauté function.


Add the stock, the sauce and the pork chops. 


Cover the Instant Pot and set the valve to "Sealing Position". Set the timer to 12 minutes.


Once the time is up, let it rest for 10 mins before releasing the pressure.
