– Yukon gold potatoes – Onion – Mayonnaise – Celery – Eggs – Salt – Water

01 Wash your potatoes

02 Chopped your celery and onions.

Chop your Yukon gold potatoes in half.

Add potatoes, eggs, water, and salt. Cover and cut until potatoes are tender.

After 10 minutes, remove the eggs, transfer them to a cold bath, and then peel them.

Chop the potatoes and eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Add mayonnaise and mix gently, then chill and serve.

Serve it with *roasted chicken *bbq ribs  *baked ham.

Variations

Add chopped carrots, peas and carrots or beets for more color.

Swap half the mayonnaise with greek yogurt and add honey and dijon mustard for a sweeter dressing.
