01 Remove the salt and shred your salted codfish.

Onion

In a bowl, add shredded cod, onions, parsley, culantro and curry powder.

Add the beaten egg and mix.

Sift flour and baking powder. Mix and add water.

Take a spoonful of the batter and put it into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
