01 All your ingredients must be at room temperature.  This helps with the mixing process and yields a smoothies cheesecake.

Mix cookie crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Distribute in the jars and refrigerate.

Stir the cream cheese until smooth. Then add sugar and mix in.

Add the vanilla extract, the egg, and the flour and fold the mixture until incorporated.

Divide de cheesecake into the jars and put them on a trivet in the Instant Pot.

Cover the Instant Pot and set the valve to "Sealing Position". Set the timer to 3 minutes.

Once the time is up, let it rest for 10 mins before releasing the pressure.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
