Easy Banana Bread Recipe

What you'll need

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mash your bananas in a mixing bowl.

Mix in the brown sugar, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.

Next, add the dry ingredients, rolled oats.

Ground oats, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold it into the wet ingredients.

Add in the white chocolate chips into the mixture.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and add the batter.

Decorate with white chocolate chips and bake for 55 minutes.

Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting.  Serve with vanilla ice cream!
