Check the bag to remove any pebbles or bad grains and wash them.
You can use the stove, a slow cooker or an instant pot to make it.
Add the corn, cinnamon stick and water to cover.

Cover the Instant Pot and set the valve to "Sealing Position".
Set the timer to 45 minutes.

Once the time is up, let it rest for 10 mins before releasing the pressure.
Slow Cooker:
Cook for 8 hour on LOW.

Cook for 1 hour, adding more water if needed.
Remove the cinnamon stick.

Mix in the evaporated milk, condensed milk, cinnamon powder, nutmeg and vanilla extract.
