Beef Tongue  Stew

01 Tenderize your beef tongue, swipe up to learn how to do it.

02 Chop all your veggies and set aside.

Onion

Sauté onion, garlic, culantro in some oil until soft.

Add the tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, salt and mix.

Add the potatoes, carrots, broth and on top the beef tongue slices.

Cover the Instant Pot and set the valve to "Sealing Position". Press "Manual" and set the timer to 5 minutes.

Once the time is up, let it rest for 10 mins before releasing the pressure.
