Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Prepare all your ingredients for cooking. Cut the ingredients roughly the same size.
Onion
Place your chopped veggies (pumpkin, carrots, onion, apple) on a baking sheet add some oil and season with garlic powder, s&p and thyme.

Roast for 25 minutes or until de pumpkin is soft.

Transfer to a blender and add the chicken broth. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat and adjust seasonings.
