01 Check the beans and remove any that don't look good. Wash and set aside.

Chop onion, sweet peppers, garlic, culantro leaves and reserve.

Sauté the veggies in some oil.

Add the tomato puree and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Add the beans, water, culantro, Worcestershire sauce and cancel "Saute" function.

Cover the Instant Pot and set the valve to "Sealing Position". Set the timer to 35 minutes.

Once the time is up, let it rest for 10 mins before releasing the pressure.

Season with salt & pepper.
