In a dutch oven add oil and brown and season the chicken with salt and pepper. Do this in batches, then set aside.

Add more oil and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant and then add the pumpkin puree.

Add the chicken broth, salt, pepper, chili flakes, nutmeg and mix. Then stir in the pasta and the chicken and cook for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.

Turn off the heat and mix in the cream cheese.

Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese and enjoy!
