Hello, it is me again with another smoothie recipe. Hope you are enjoying your week since soon it would be the weekend. I have been trying out a lot of smoothie recipes lately. I’m working on a secret project. Once I have more information I will share it with you. Hopefully, you will enjoy it.

This blueberry cheesecake smoothie is a more indulgent one. This time I didn’t add any veggies to it. I like some balance when I eat, not always it is the healthiest meal. This smoothie is usually a snack after lunch. I love the flavor combination, blueberry, and cream cheese plus a couple more ingredients that make the flavors compliment each other really well.

For this recipe, we will need the following ingredients:

    • frozen blueberries
    • half of a frozen banana
    • cream cheese
    • milk
    • maple syrup

Now to prepare it just dump all your ingredients in a blender and enjoy! Is is that simple and easy to make. If you want to have a little fun you can decorate your smoothie glass if you like. I usually drink it straight from the blender cup hahaha. If you prefer a greener option, you can also try my green smoothie.

Ummm never thought of adding cream cheese to a smoothie… and I love cheesecake. Great way to get the cheesecake flavor without adding too much calories.
